Hello Fac-mates,
Well, I hope that my assumptions are right and that you’re here because you wanted a second/third/multiple opinions on the modules you are gonna take in FASS. If you are a Prof who casually stopped by this blog, you might want to toggle that little red cross on the top right corner of your Chrome.
A quick self-introduction: I am a Sociology major that matriculated in 2016. Basically, an average year one in AY16/17. This blog is not just to share my personal views on certain modules, but it also allows me to collect my thoughts (rationally or not) after each semester.
One of the main reasons why I am beginning this- people who review NUS modules are… really smart. Not quite relatable to someone like me who prays that the bell-curve will at least give me a B grade in YEAR ONE. Yes, I have yet to decide if I even want to proceed with honours in NUS, but hey, at least I am trying to qualify with a 3.5 CAP.
Moving on, I will build this blog with a casual/conversational style. I mean, I have enough of academic writing in school. This blog, I predict, is gonna get real messy, but I try to at least correct grammatical errors Grammarly has kindly prompted me to.
